Volunteer Registration

The Festival Cultural Latino is a great way to volunteer! This is an outdoor event and a wonderful way to become part of this annual event within our community.​

​

  • Time slots are for two hours to assist in the following:

  • Assist with traffic control/parking

  • Help at the information table

  • Assist with giving directions to attendees and answer questions about the festival.

  • Assist at check-in stations for vendors

  • Direct vendors to assigned areas

  • Manage bathroom lines. Call for assistance when bathrooms products need restocking or cleaning.

  • Supervise Inflatable Bounce Houses

  • Supervise game stations

  • Break-Down/Clean-Up

  • Assist at soccer tournament    

El Festival Cultural Latino es una excelente manera de ser voluntario. Este es un evento al aire libre y una excelente manera de formar parte de este evento anual en nuestra comunidad.
 

  • Los turnos son de dos horas y se ofrecen para ayudar en lo siguiente:

  • Asistir con el control de tráfico y estacionamiento

  • Ayudar en la mesa de información

  • Asistir con las indicaciones a los asistentes y responder preguntas sobre el festival

  • Asistir en el registro de vendedores

  • Dirigir a los vendedores a las áreas asignadas

  • Gestionar las filas para los baños. Solicitar ayuda cuando sea necesario reponer o limpiar los productos de baño

  • Supervisar los castillos inflables

  • Supervisar las estaciones de juego

  • Desmontaje y limpieza

  • Asistir en el torneo de fútbol
